Jammu and Kashmir : 10 Pakistani Soldiers Killed, Checkpoints Destroyed Along the Line of Control

Srinagar : The Indian Army has taught Pakistan a befitting lesson to the frequent ceasefire violations along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir. At least 10 Pakistani soldiers were killed in the retaliation by the Indian Army in Tattapani region, while some were injured. The army also destroyed many posts in Pakistan.

In fact, at around seven o’clock on Tuesday morning on the LoC, the Pakistan Army violated the ceasefire along the Line of Control in the Krishna Valley, Mankot sector of Poonch district, targeting the army posts as well as the residential areas. Many houses in Mankot area were also damaged and many cattle were also injured in this firing. Due to the sudden firing, the villagers had to take shelter in safe places and save their lives. In July, Pakistan violated ceasefire on LoC in Poonch, Rajouri, Kupwara and Baramulla districts 47 times. Regarding the Pakistani firing, the villagers say that since Article 370 has been abolished, every day continuous firing incidents are being carried out by the Pakistani Army. This has made our lives difficult.
