In Bigg Boss itself, Nikki Tamboli had revealed that she was kidnapped once. Nikki became emotional while revealing this dark secret of her life. She told how she was kidnapped at the age of 19.
Nikki revealed that she had gone abroad to shoot a modelling assignment when she was kidnapped. Although Nikki did not go into the depth of this incident, but she could not stop herself from crying while mentioning this. Nikki told that her parents had told her many times that she should never mention this incident in public.
