Accordingly, a case has been registered against NCP city unit president Prashant Jagtap, Pradeep Deshmukh, Mahesh Hande, Dipali Dhumal, Mrunali Vani, Sushma Satpute, Kishore Kamble, Vikram Jadhav, Balasaheb Bodke, Yogesh Sasane, Sunil Bankar and 25-30 activists of NCP.
The office-bearers and activists of the NCP illegally collected people at the PMC office without taking any permission and staged an agitation against Governor Koshyari by shouting slogans. Hence, a legal notice from the government has been given by a policeman.
The PMC office is under the jurisdiction of the civic body and there was a confusion over who should file a police complaint. It was expected that civic officials would file a complaint. However, since they did not do so, a case has been filed on Tuesday after ascertaining all the facts.
