Pune Crime | Illegal money lending ! Pune police arrest Nana Walke and Aniket Ramesh Hazare, aide in Rs 5 crore case

Pune : Policenama onlinepune Crime | After arresting Nanasaheb Gaikwad for giving loans and threatening people to pay exorbitant interest, the Chatuhshrungi police have arrested a high-profile person, Ramdas alias Nana Gopinath Walke (37), a resident of Ganesh Nagar, Vidhatevasti, Aundh and his aide Aniket Ramesh Hazare (38), a resident of Hazare Sadan, Dapodi for illegally lending money to people and issuing threats to them.

A 35-year-old resident of Balewadi has filed a complaint with the Chatuhshrungi police. The complainant had taken a loan of Rs 3 crore and 50 thousand. The complainant had transferred Rs 3 crore 2 lakh 27 thousand online and cash of Rs 2 crore, 7 lakh 73 thousand, totalling Rs 5 crore and 10 lakh was repaid. (pune Crime )

Despite this, Aniket Hazare took away the RC book of vehicles owned by the complainant and cheques. He forced the complainant to sign on a promissory note.

False news stories about the complainant were published. He was abused and threatened that he would be killed. Hazare demanded Rs 4 crore and 75 thousand from the complainant.

 

Nana Walke told the complainant that he should pay up the money to Hazare and settle the matter. Walke also told him that 10-15 false complaints will be lodged against him and he will be killed. He was warned that he should think about the well-being of himself and his family.

The complainant approached the Chatuhshrungi police and lodged a complaint. The police arrested Walke and Hazare under the charges of extortion and the Maharashtra Money Lending Act.

Senior PI of Chatuhshrungi police station Rajkumar Waghchaure is supervising the probe into the case.
