After manufacturing various products like cream, agmark ghee, table butter, malai paneer, low fat paneer, flavoured milk, curd, buttermilk, lassi, amrakhand, ice cream, khava, pedha, mango barfi, malai barfi, anjir barfi, kalakand, kaju katli, basundi and pasteurised cream, it has launched a new product i.e. cookies for the new year, said Chairman Vishnu Hinge.
Katraj Dairy Sangh, Katraj is manufacturing various milk-based products and they are available in various quantities and flavours. Their products are very popular in Pune.
There is a huge demand for all products of Katraj Dairy in Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad, suburbs and in rural areas. This is a matter of pride for Katraj Dairy, Puneites and all farmers engaged in milk production.
Katraj Dairy has bagged internationally renowned certification like ISO 22000: 2018 and 14001: 2015. It has also received Quality Mark from NDDB for quality and high standards.
The dairy is launching cookies with the start of the new year. Senior Director Balasaheb Dhamdhere launched the cookies in the presence of the board of directors.
The cookies are available in four flavours i.e. Katraj Cookies Chocolate Chips, Chocolate Chunks, Coffee Dryfruits and Ginger Dryfruits in 170 gm packs.
Chairman Vishnu Hinge, Vice Chairperson Vaishali Gopalghare, Director Ramchandra Thombre, Gopalrao Mhaske, Balasaheb Dhamdhere, Sandeep Jagdale, Balasaheb Khilari, Dilip Thopate, Manager Sanjay Kalekar, officials and staff were present at the function.
Hinge has appealed to Puneites to buy and taste Katraj cookies launched by the dairy.
