Action to be taken for negligence in helping victims: Yogi

Gorakhpur, Dec 21 (UNI)- Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday directed the officials to address public issues with utmost seriousness, sensitivity and attention as well as ensure satisfactory solutions to them. He warned the officials of action in case of negligence in helping victims.

The CM met about 300 people during the Janata Darshan held opposite Mahant Digvijaynath Smriti Bhawan on Gorakhnath temple premises. After listening to their issues patiently, he gave necessary directives to the officials present concerned for its prompt and effective disposal.

He referred everyone’s letters to the concerned authorities along with providing instructions for the speedy and satisfactory disposal and assured everyone that no injustice would be done to anyone during his tenure.

Yogi directed the officials to not to spare and take strict legal action against all those involved in encroaching upon lands of others illegally.

Meanwhile, he assured people seeking financial aid for treatment of serious diseases that their total treatment costs would be met, while instructing officials to expedite the cost estimation process and make it available to the government as soon as possible so that adequate funds could be released at the earliest.

He also directed officials to get all matters related to revenue and police resolved with complete transparency and impartiality.
