Lady Secuirty Guards Are For Protection Of Lady Staff – Principal Of Kline Memorial School Sunanda Singh

Pune : Policenama online – Bouncers Assults | Kline Memorial School is Private Unaided Minority School as per the Indian Constitution Article 30 (1). As per the constitution guidelines, Minority school has right to establish and administer the school as per their choice.

The Kline Memorial School has established in the year 2005 and is giving quality education for 17 years. Being a Minority school right to education Act 2009 is not applicable to our school by virtual of judgment in petition Pramati Educational and cultural Trust verses Union of India in Petition No. WP/416/2012. Supreme Court held that the right to Education Act is ultra-virus to the constitution Article 30 clause (1).

The incident happened on 9/3/2022. On this day the school called for regular PTM for Std. VIII. Some of the Std. IX parents entered in the school campus who were not called for this meeting. Parent who argued with lady school Administrator and the security guard have defaulted paying the school fees for 3 years in the tune of Rs.5 lakhs. The Principal was busy with Std. VIII P.T.M. But these parents insisted that she must give them time.

The lady security guard and others were kept for the protection of students which includes more than 90% lady teachers and support staff in the school.

The school was having ICSE Board Examination on 12/3/2022. The school is bound to give protection to lady staff and students because Kline Memorial School is providing quality education.

The number of admissions from various politicians, sometime they force to give admission. The school has admission policy and the admissions are denied by the school. They try to Interfere in the Minority school and create recus. In spite of defaulting fees, school provided online and offline education as per the covid norms of the government during pandemic situation.

Lastly school is committed to give quality of education to all strata for all the members of the community.
