Builder beats and fractures resident’s hand over non-payment of society maintenance in Mundhwa

Pune : Policenama online Pune Crime News | In a shocking incident in Mundhwa, a builder, with the help of two-three people, beat a resident with an iron rod and fractured his hand for non-payment of maintenance of the housing society. (Pune Crime News)

 

In this case, Deepak Sahebrao Phadtare (40) from Mundhwa has lodged a complaint at the Mundhwa Police Station. Accordingly, the police have registered a case against Tushar Shah from Kharadi and his accomplices.

 

According to the police, the accused Tushar Shah is the builder of the society. The complainant did not pay the maintenance of the society. For this reason, at 8:30 pm on Saturday, builder Tushar Shah and his companions reached the society. They abused the complainant and beat him up with an iron rod.

 

The complainant’s arm got fractured. API Sutar is investigating.
