Central Railway to operate 574 summer special trains to clear rush

Pune : Policenama online – To clear the huge rush of passengers during the peak April to June season, the Central Railway has announced that 574 summer special trains will be operated from various stations like CSTM, LTT, Panvel, Pune, Nagpur and Sainagar to different destinations.

One hundred and twenty six trains will be operated between CSTM, Manmad, Nagpur, Malda Town and Rewa. Six trains will be operated between Dadar and Madgaon. Two hundred and eighty two trains will be operated between LTT and Shalimar, Ballia, Gorakhpur, Samastipur and Thivim.

Eighteen trains will be operated between Panvel and Karmali. Twenty trains will be operated between Nagpur and Madgaon. Hundred trains will be run between Pune and Karmali, Jaipur, Danapur, Virangana, Laskhmibai and Kanpur Central. Twenty special trains will be operated between Sainagar and Dahar ka Balaji and two special trains will be operated between Latur and Bidar.

The bookings for these trains have been opened and passengers can visit IRCTC website or nearest computerised reservation centre for bookings.
