Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister D K Shivakumar and AICC in-charge of Telangana Manikrao Thakare, went to the National capital in a special flight yesterday with the details of the opinions of the party MLAs on CM name and submitted to to Mallikarjuna Kharge today.
