Drink lots and lots of water to be hydrated, take these precautions as well

New Delhi :  The danger of heatstroke increases when the flames of hot sun, humidity, and hot air move. Heat is a hot summer disease. During this time, we should drink more and more water. Because due to excess heat, the water of our body goes out in the form of sweat. And in such a situation, if we do not drink enough water, we may have to face dehydration.

Take up these precautions:

  1. If you have to come out in such intense heat, do cover your mouth and face with a piece of cloth.
  2. Eat raw onion daily. Do keep a piece of onion with you when you come out in the heat. Wear soft and cotton clothes in the summer.
  3. Do keep a water bottle with you and keep on drinking water at particular time intervals.
  4. Keep parts of your body like mouth, hands wet with water after a few intervals. This can be helpful in giving you freshness.
