FIR registered against consultant for preparing fake documents to malign education society

The Pimpri police have registered an FIR against Ashutosh Ojha (55). The Principal of Subhadra Education Society), Nina Bhalla, has lodged a complaint (448/23) at the Pimpri police station.
According to the police, Subhadra Education Society’s central secondary school has 48 divisions of class 1 to 12 at its Chikhali branch. Since the school wanted to increase the number of divisions, it prepared all documents needed to get permission from the authorities. The institute appointed Ashutosh Jha to do work related to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and the complainant sent all documents to him.
Meanwhile, the district collector’s office sent a letter to the school which said that an effort had been to secure permission by using fake signatures and seals. The society appointed a probe panel. It was found that Ashutosh Jha had made changes in the documents sent by the society. A fake fire certificate of Chikhali branch and a fake land certificate was prepared and made fake signatures and seal of Divisional Commissioner Saurabh Rao on the land certificate. He made fake signatures and used fake seal of the chief fire officer of PMRDA and uploaded these fake certificates on the Saras website of CBSE, as per the findings of the panel.
Apart from the money which was being paid to him, Ojha had demanded extra money. He had uploaded fake documents to malign the society and for his financial gains, the complaint states.
