Haryana: A 22-year-old woman was allegedly gang-raped by two men on January 26 in a hospital ICU in Haryana’s Panipat. According to reports, the woman is mentally deranged and due to low BP pulse rate, she was admitted to a private hospital in Model Town.
According to the victim’s family, on January 25, their daughter was complaining about feeling unwell. After which she was rushed to a nearby private hospital. The woman’s family members told the police that one of the hospital staff did not go home even after being a holiday on January 26. Later at night, he put curtains around the girl’s bed and stayed with the girl for an hour. Subsequently, the second accused went in and also stayed for an hour.
When the woman’s family went to meet her in the morning, she informed them about the whole incident. Upon learning of the incident, police rushed to the hospital and started investigating the case. When the Police checked the CCTV, the footage clearly showed that the accused had been with the girl for almost an hour with curtains drawn by her bed. The police have arrested one accused in the case while search in on to find the other.
