Advocate Rajendra Tambe, a resident of Mangalwar Peth, has been booked in this regard. The 64-year-old woman lodged a complaint at the Samarth police station. The incident took place in the office of Tambe at 11 am on September 21, 2022.
According to the police, the complainant had filed various cases in the court through Adv Rajendra Tambe. She visited his office to seek documents related to the cases. They had an argument over the issue. Adv Tambe used abusive language and said, “I will make you bend. I am a lawyer. You cannot do any harm to me. I will finish you without leaving any trace behind.” He made obscene comments, stated the complaint. PSI Meera Trimbake is investigating the case.
