Pune | Couple fights over 3-year-old dispute, husband arrested for domestic violence in Pune

Pune : Policenama online  – A dispute between a couple led to the arrest of the husband in a domestic violence case in Pune. The Khadak Police arrested Kaustubh Deepak Kharbas, a resident of CT Apartment in Guruwar Peth in this regard. His wife Akanksha Kaustubh Kharbas (27) lodged a complaint.

 

In an incident that took place on December 17, the enraged man beat up his wife, Akanksha; punched her in the face, breaking her teeth. She also suffered a fractured jaw.

 

According to the police, the couple got married three years ago. Both the bride and the groom had appointed two separate photographers for the wedding shoot. However, the two photographers fought over taking photos during the wedding.

 

Six months ago, the same two photographers happened to meet at the wedding of the couple’s acquaintances, in which the duo argued once again. Kaustubh’s anger rekindled over the issue when he knew about this and started arguing with Akanksha. The fight took an ugly turn when Kaustubh beat up his wife badly. The police are investigating the case further.
