Flat owner cheated: Case registered against Sagar Agrawal, Iranna Raichurkar, Santosh Taras and Omprakash Agrawal
Pune : Policenama online – Pune Crime | A case has been filed against four builders for not providing the promised amenities thus cheating the flat holder. The incident took place in Magia Avenue Society in Sai Nagar, Mamurdi under the jurisdiction of Dehu Road police station. The case has been registered against the accused under the Maharashtra Ownership Flat Act. (Pune Crime)
The partner of Om Tirupati Developers Sagar Omprakash Agrawal, Iranna Krishnappa Raichurkar, Santosh Prabhakar Taras, Omprakash Harichandra Agrawal are the accused against whom a case has been filed. Siddique Ismail Sheikh (34), a resident of Magia Avenue society, Sai Nagar, Mamurdi has filed a complaint at the Dehu Road police station.
According to the police, the complainant has purchased a flat in Magia Avenue society constructed by Om Tirupati Developers. The builder cheated the complainant by not handing over the possession of the flat, not completing the work on time, not giving the maps, not paying charges before the transfer, not registering the society, not providing amenities mentioned in the agreement, carrying out construction without permission and caused him financial loss, says the complaint.
The Dehu Road police are investigating the case.
