Pune : Policenama online – Pune Crime | The incident of fraud of lakhs of rupees by giving the lure of giving land under the scheme of Maharashtra government (Pune Crime) has come to the fore. In this case, a woman accused has been arrested by the police. The accused woman has cheated 27 lakh 51 thousand rupees. The name of the arrested woman is Anita Bhise. In this case, Durgeshwari Chittar (age 47) has lodged a complaint at Yerwada Police Station.
According to the information received from the police, Durgeshwari has a computer class business. The accused and the complainant live in the same building.
The accused woman had lured her to get land at a low cost under the scheme of the Maharashtra government, citing her acquaintance with high-ranking officials.
Anita Bhise took 27 lakh 51 thousand rupees from Chittar on the pretext of getting land from the government scheme. After this, the accused woman cheated her and gave a fake receipt and letter to deposit the relevant amount in the Pune Treasury Office. Police Sub Inspector Hanumant Bhosale is investigating this matter.
