Pune : Policenama online – Ola electric scooters are being delivered finally after going back and forth for over four-five months. The company delivered a scooter past midnight at 2.30 am to a customer in Pune on New Year’s Eve.
The pleased customer thanked Ola CEO Bhavish Aggarwal for the delivery in an emotional tweet. Bhavish thanked his team for delivering the scooter to the customer. Sachin from Shukrawar Peth has bought the vehicle. In his tweet, he says, “Crazy dedication by Pune Ola Electric Team. Delivered scooter at 2.30 am 31st December as promised. Thank you Pune @OlaElectric Team you are awesome. And Thank you @bhash for keeping your word. My wife loves this color.”
Bhavish also replied in a tweet in no time, saying: “Huge thanks to everyone @OlaElectric for putting in everything over last few weeks. We’ve more to do. Many who couldn’t get deliveries will get in next days. We’re doing all things possible to get your S1 to you soon!”
Earlier, Bhavish said that all those who had booked scooters would be getting it in December. Some of these scooters are on their way. Some have reached the delivery centre while some are being registered at the RTO.
