Telangana Guv participates in Sri Rama ‘Pattabhishekam’ at Bhadrachalam
Hyderabad, Mar 31 (UNI) – Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan on Friday participated in the Sri Rama ‘Pattabhishekam’ (coronation ceremony of Lord Sri Rama) at the famous Sri Sita Ramachandraswamy temple in Bhadrachalam. (Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan)
The Governor in a tweet later said ‘Blessed to witness the celestial Sri Rama Pattabhishekam (Coronation) ceremony of Lord Rama at historical Sri Seetha Ramachandra Swamy Devasthanam, Bhadrachalam Telangana.’
Prayed for the well being of people of Telangana & Nation.’
She offered “Pattu Vastralu” (silk clothes) to the deities on the auspicious occasion of ‘Pattabhishekam’ .
The temple priests offered blesssings with ‘ashirvachanam’ to the Governor and presented ‘prasadam’.
The Governor arrived by train at Bhadrachalam Railway station in the early hours of today from Secunderabad Railway station.
