Terrorist hideout busted in Poonch, arms, ammo recovered

Jammu, Feb 9 (UNI) – Security forces on Thursday recovered cache of arms and ammunition from a terrorist hideout busted in bordering Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. (Terrorist )

Police sources said that a hideout was busted by joint team of Police and Army in Naka Manjari village of Mendhar in Poonch district.

“A pouch was found on the spot and during search, four AK rifle magazines, bullets, two grenades, explosive material, binocular and other war like stores was recovered,” they said.

“The items were rusted,” they said adding that searches are being carried out in the area.
