PUNE : Policenama online – Pune Crime News | A youth who was told not to speak with a girl and harass her, set three two-wheelers on fire in the parking area of the girl’s building. A girl’s father, staying in Lohegaon, has lodged a complaint (203/23) at the Viman Nagar police station. Accordingly, the police have registered an FIR against Shriram Ghadge, a resident of Wagholi and his aides. The incident took place at Khandve Nagar on Monday at 1.30 am. (Pune Crime News)
According to the police, the complainant’s daughter and accused Shriram Ghadge study in the same college. Shriram used to harass her by asking her to talk with him. She informed her father about this. Her father told Shriram that his daughter did not want to speak with him and asked him not to harass her. Shriram Ghadge asked one of his friends to accompany him.
At midnight, he set a two-wheeler on fire in the parking area. Two other two-wheelers parked adjacent to the vehicle, were also burnt and were damaged. Constable Dhende is probing the case.
