Pune Bibvewadi Fire News | Fire breaks out at godowns in Bibvewadi; More than 20 godowns destroyed
Pune: Policenama online – Pune Bibvewadi Fire News | A fire broke out at a godown in Gangadham area of Bibvewadi in which shamiana equipment was stored and it has spread to 20 godowns. The fire started two hours ago and smoke can be seen from a long distance. (Pune Bibvewadi Fire News)
The flames can be seen even from the headquarters of the fire brigade located in Bhavani Peth. A godown located at Aaimata in Gangadham area of Bibvewadi caught fire at 8.45 am. The fire brigade was informed at 8.55 am and fire tenders were rushed to the spot.
More than two hours have passed since the fore broke out but the fire has not been brought under control.
Twenty godowns have been burnt and 22 fire tenders of Pune and PMRDA are trying to douse the fire. Fortunately, no one has been injured so far.
