Pune: Policenama online – Pune Crime News | In a shocking incident in Pune a female conductor of Pune Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Ltd (PMPML) was molested by the driver of the bus. The Pune police have arrested the PMPML bus driver in this case. (Pune Crime News)
The name of the accused driver is Sunil Kondiba Bhalekar (43) a resident of Sarkarwada,Kanhur Pathar in Parner in Ahmednagar district. The female conductor has filed a complaint in Bund Garden police station. The police have registered a case of molestation against the bus driver and arrested him.
Assistant police inspector Madhale informed, ” The female worked as a conductor in the PMPML bus at Pune railway station. Accused Bhalekar is known to her. For the last three months Bhalekar was misbehaving with the complainant. He used to pass comments like “I like you very much’ and “Please accept my love” but the complainant refused to do so and the reason he forcibly molested her and also abused and threatened her of severe consequences if she informs anyone about the incident. We have arrested the accused and are further investigating the case.”
