Pune : Policenama online – The Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) will soon recruit some professors’, and teachers’ posts. A notification to the effect has been issued. The posts include professors, associate professors, assistant professors, teachers/instructors, senior residents and junior residents. (PMC Recruitment)

The educational qualifications for the posts are given below.
Professor: Candidates holding a degree of MD/MS/DNB from an authorised institute, college or university can apply. They must have required minimum experience for the post.
Associate professor: Candidates holding a degree of MD/MS/DNB from an authorised institute, college or university can apply. They must have required minimum experience for the post.
Assistant professor: Candidates holding a degree of MD/MS/DNB from an authorised institute, college or university can apply. They must have required minimum experience for the post.
Teacher/instructor: Candidates must have an MBBS degree. They must have completed their education from an authorised institute, college or university. They should have a required minimum experience for the post.
Senior resident: Candidates holding a degree of MD/MS/DNB from an authorised institute, college or university can apply. They must have required minimum experience for the post.
Salary slabs for the posts: Professor: Rs 1.50 lakh, associate professor: Rs 1.20 lakh, assistant professor: Rs 70,000, teacher/instructor: Rs 50,000 and senior resident: Rs 59,000.
Required documents: A copy of resume, certificates of educational qualifications, including SSC, HSC, graduation and postgraduation, school leaving certificate, caste certificate (for backward class candidates) and passport-size photos.
