Pune | Tadipar accused attacks neighbour
Pune : Policenama online – A man, who had been externed, attacked his neighbour in Yerwada with a sickle. The Yerawada police registered a case of attempt to murder.
Despite the fact that the accused, Sachin Adgale (32), is tadipar he stayed in his house. He and his brother Navnath Adagale (35, resident of Laxminagar, Yerawada) attacked Abdulshakur Shaukat Ustad (26, resident of Laxminagar, Yerawada). Ustad lodged a complaint with the Yerawada police.
The complainant is the neighbour of the accused. On the night of December 29, at about 8 pm Sachin Argade abused the family members of Ustad. When Ustad tried to intervene, the accused got a sickle and attacked Ustad. Ustad sustained injuries on right hand, ear and head. Second accused Navnath Adgale beat the complainant’s mother and brother Niyamat with a stick. So the family members went inside the house and locked themselves. The accused then threatened the people in the area with the sickle and stick so that no one helped the family. Police Sub Inspector Patil is investigating the matter.
