Pune Traffic Updates | ‘Shasan Aaplya Dari’ programme! Traffic arrangements changed on August 7

Pune: Policenama online  – Pune Traffic Updates | On August 7, ‘Shasan Aaplya Dari’ and the ground breaking ceremony of development works in Jejuri has been organised in the presence of CM and Deputy CMs at Jejuri in Purandar taluka. Since the beneficiaries are going to attend the programme by MSRTC buses and other vehicles, District Collector Dr Rajesh Deshmukh has issued orders about traffic changes to prevent traffic jams. To prevent traffic jams, on August 7, from 5 am to 9 pm, the movement of heavy vehicles on Pune to Pandharpur national highway 965 and Pune to Baramti route.

Traffic changes in Pune rural areas: Vehicles coming from Satara, Phaltan, Lonand and Baramati and proceeding towards Pune and vehicles going to Jejuri and Saswad will be diverted via Nira-Morgaon-Supa to Kedgaon, Chaufula via Pune-Solapur highway number 65 towards Pune. Traffic on Pune-Baramati route will be shut and will be diverted via Belsar-Kothle-Nazre Supe-Morgaon Road via Baramati-Phaltan-Satara.

Vadgaon Nimbalkar police station: Traffic in Pune rural areas: Vehicles travelling from Baramati and Nira to Pune via Jejuri will be stopped and diverted via Morgaon-Supa-Kedgaon-Chaufula on Pune-Solapur highway number 65 towards Pune.
Saswad police station, Pune rural area: Vehicles traveling from Pune towards Jejuri via Phaltan-Satara will be diverted via Saswad-Naraynapur-Kapurhol towards Satara -Phaltan or Saswad-Veer Phata-Parinche-Veer-Vathar via Lonand.

The restrictions will not be applicable to vehicles going to Jejuri for August 7 programme. Citizens should take note of the changes made in traffic arrangements and cooperate with officials.
