Pune : Policenama online – Shivajirao Bhosale Bank Scam Case | The bail application of MLA Anil Shivajirao Bhosale, the main accused in the Shivajirao Bhosale Bank scam Case, has been rejected. Bhosale had applied in the special court for bail for medical treatment. Special Court Judge RN Hivase rejected Bhosale’s bail application.
Bhosale said kidney disease treatment is not available in Sassoon Hospital. It is available only in Ruby Hall and Poona Hospital. Therefore, Bhosale applied for temporary bail to treat the kidney disease. Adv Sagar Kothari and Public Prosecutor Vilas Pathare opposed it.
Bhosle’s wife Reshma Bhosle is accused in this case and she is still absconding. Twelve other accused have not been arrested yet. Adv Vilas Pathare argued that, accused Bhosale can get treatment in government or private hospitals as per rules. Accepting it, the court rejected the bail application of Avinash Bhosle.
