The body of a missing lawyer found partially burnt on Maharashtra-Telangana border

Pune : Policenama online Pune Crime News | At the beginning of New Year, a very shocking news has come from Pimpri-Chinchwad. The body of a lawyer who went missing from Kalewadi on December 31 afternoon was found partially burnt in Madnur on the Maharashtra-Telangana border. (Pune Crime News)

 

The name of the deceased lawyer is Shivshankar Shinde. Adv. Shinde’s office is in Kalewadi and a complaint about his disappearance was filed at the Wakad police station. The police are conducting a thorough investigation into the murder.

 

Adv. Shivshankar Shinde went missing from his office in the afternoon of December 31. His family could not contact him. Then the family members lodged a complaint at the Wakad Police Station. A few hours after the complaint was received by the police, Adv. Shinde’s partially burnt body was found at Madnur on the Maharashtra-Telangana border. This has shocked the twin towns. The primary suspicion of the police is that he had a fight with an unidentified person in his office. A broken button and blood are found in the office. There is also suspicion of kidnapping and then murder. The police are investigating from various angles.

 

Teams of the Crime Branch also visited the spot and the investigation is going on. CCTV footage of the area is being checked.
