Pune : Policenama online – The three accused who sodomised a 12-year-old boy and filmed the incident had also gang-raped a 15-year-old girl, along with two more friends. The Haveli police came to know during interrogation of the three accused that the five accused gang-raped the minor girl staying in their colony four months ago.
An offence has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
The three accused in the sodomy case were identified as Ishwar Shinde (20), Kunal Bhangre (19), and Nilesh Netke (21). Since the crime happened in the rural area of the district. It was transferred to the Haveli police for further investigation.
According to the details given by the police, Shinde was moving suspiciously in Taljai area. The police found a video clip in his mobile phone, in which two persons are seen sodomising a minor boy. The victim was known to them. During interrogation, he revealed that he himself recorded the clip. The Sahakarnagar police located the victim. The victim’s father had lodged a complaint with the police.
During their interrogation, it was revealed that the three accused and their two more friends had gang-raped the minor girl. The police searched for the girl and took details. The gang rape happened from 2020 to September 2021 at Donje in a partially constructed building near Hotel Madhuban and in the bathroom of a school.
The police said the girl was studying in Std VIII in 2020. Some boys studying in Std IX in her school befriended with her. One of the boys called her to the partially constructed building and raped her. Later, Nilesh Netke and two others gang-raped her in the school bathroom. Three days later another boy filmed her while she was speaking to two boys. He blackmailed her using this clip seeking sexual gratification. He tried to molest her when she refused to have sex. Now, the girl has lodged a complaint. The Haveli police are investigating further and searching for other accused.
