Pune Police News | Police Naik Swapnil Garad, who had gone to scale Mount Everest, declared brain dead

PUNE : Pune Police News | Police Naik Swapnil Garad working in the Pune police department has been admitted to a hospital in Kathmandu for treatment. Garad’s friends in the police department informed that Garad has been admitted to a hospital because he is brain dead.

 

Swapnil Garad is posted in EoW, Pune. Some days ago, he went to scale Mount Everest. However, he had been admitted to a hospital in Kathmandu because he was unwell. However, during treatment, Garad became brain dead, his friends in the police department said. He is being treated at a hospital in Kathmandu.

 

Swapnil Garad is an experienced mountaineer and has scaled many mountains in the world. Last year, he had scaled the most beautiful but technically difficult Mount Ama Dablam in Nepal. After scaling it, he unfurled the Tricolour and took a statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and prayed before it.
